OVERLAND PARK, KS – Durrie Vision, a refractive surgery and research facility specializing in laser vision correction, will move its corporate office and corrective vision center from its current location at 5520 College Blvd. to a new and expanded location at 8300 College Blvd, effective May 8, 2017.
The relocation increases Durrie Vision’s medical office footprint 50 percent, from 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet, enabling Durrie Vision to add an additional laser suite to accommodate increasing demand for vision correction procedures to treat nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
“We are looking forward to welcoming new and existing patients to our new state-of-the-art office,” said Dr. Jason Stahl, Durrie Vision president. “This move allows Durrie Vision to accommodate the growing demand for laser vision correction and refractive lens procedures.”
The new office expands Durrie Vision’s total number of laser vision correction suites to three, including a suite specifically designed to perform the VisuMax SMILE vision correction procedure, which was approved in 2016 and is the latest advancement in laser eye surgery for treating myopia, or nearsightedness.
Durrie Vision will begin to see patients in its new office on May 9, 2017. For more information, visit www.durrievision.com.
