Instead of reshaping the cornea, this procedure places an Implantable Collamer® Lens behind the iris and in front of the natural lens. EVO ICL™ may be an option for eligible patients with significant nearsightedness, with or without astigmatism.

SMILE

SMILE uses a small incision to remove a tiny, lens-shaped piece of tissue from within the cornea. Unlike LASIK, it does not require the creation of a corneal flap. It may be considered for eligible patients with nearsightedness, with or without astigmatism.

RLE
For patients with age-related vision changes or presbyopia, RLE may be more appropriate than corneal laser surgery. RLE replaces the natural lens with an intraocular lens selected according to the patient’s eye health and vision goals.
