Comparing EVO ICL™ to LASIK
Unlike LASIK eye surgery, which corrects your vision by altering the shape of your cornea, EVO ICL™ involves the implantation of an artificial lens behind the iris to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. The EVO ICL™ lens is made of biocompatible Collamer® material that works in harmony with your eye. Your eye doctor will create a small opening in your cornea to insert and position the EVO ICL™.
