SBK LASIK is a two-step process that results in rapid recovery and improved vision for most patients.

The surgeon creates a flap in the cornea using a precise, femtosecond laser. This flap is then gently lifted to expose the underlying corneal tissue and to prepare for the next step.

An excimer laser reshapes the cornea, correcting refractive errors such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism. After the reshaping is complete, the flap is carefully repositioned, so it can heal quickly with minimal discomfort to you.
